Jennifer Lynch is responsible for the operations and administration side of the office. She ensures that the office is running smoothly by supervising office staff, hires, terminates, and trains employees.

At Hyde Park Health Associates (HPHA), we not only want to be your primary care provider, we want to be your medical home. HPHA offers board certified physicians and nurse practitioners who can manage all of your health care and wellness needs. We are a multilingual health practice that delivers culturally based medical service. We believe in providing you with a continuous, personal provider relationship; delivering care for not only your illness, but also your wellness. HPHA has been serving Hyde Park, Mattapan and the surrounding communities since 2001.
We use a fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system (eClinical Works) to ensure you the best quality of care. Advanced nurse care managers are also utilized to follow our moderate and complex patients more carefully. HPHA also incorporates spiritual healing as a point of care to help treat the entire patient. We strive to use all resources possible to work with you to achieve the best healthcare possible.
